Mobile Phone Unlock Disclaimers (M.P.U.D)

1.0 Country Network Unlock Disclaimer

1.1 ¡°Country Network Unlock¡± means, Omni Tech Ltd will help to you to unlock your phone to be used in New Zealand & accept New Zealand Vodafone SIM Card. This means after unlocking, your phone can make & receive phone calls.

1.2 This service does not cover any other known or unknown existing faults on your phone (such as sending text, charging function, Internet Access (Vodafone Live), multimedia service (MMS) & other related phone functions).

1.3 Some phone may need to have the software upgraded or downgraded in order to perform the unlocking procedure. This will & may cause the loss of data contents & setting on your phone. Owner is hereby advice of this fact & will not claim any liability from Omni Tech Ltd, the management & any of its staff.

2.0 Phone Security or PIN Unlock

2.1 All data contents like names, pictures, music files, internet settings, etc; will be erased permanently for this unlocking procedure. This process is NOT REVERSIBLE. Customer is hereby advised to backup all important information, names & data content before submitting the phone to Omni Tech Ltd for phone security or PIN unlock.

    1. This type of unlock service will enable you have access to your mobile phone¡¯s functions and DOES NOT cover any existing known or unknown faults of your phone. For example: phone cannot detect network, cannot charge, keypad faulty, speaker, buzzer, microphone faulty, no internet access or MMS functions.
    2. If your phone found to be Blacklisted (means phone barred by Vodafone, report lost or stolen), customer still liable to pay for the agreed unlocking fee.


3.0 Acknowledgement & Indemnification

    1. Customer agrees to the unlocking terms & condition listed before submitting his/her mobile phone for unlocking procedure.
    2. By signing the Service Request Form for our unlocking service, the Customer had agreed to the disclaimers stated above; will therefore automatically indemnify Omni Tech Ltd, the management & any of its staff against any liabilities, monetary claims at this material for lost of data contents & information.


Note:
Customer needs to advice Omni Tech staff in advance if NZ Vodafone Live & MMS setting to be loaded after unlocking (additional charge is applicable).
