HOW TO SEND IN YOUR PHONE FOR REPAIR & UNLOCK BY POST


To send in your device for repair or unlock please follow the simple 3 simple step guide below.

Step 1

  • Back up all data on your handset
  • Remove your SIM card and memory card
  • Only send the charger if the fault is charging related

Step 2

  • Package your device with bubble wrap
  • Enclose your contact details and your device faulty details
  • Enclose a return courier bag otherwise $10 will be charge to cover the return postage and handling
  • Do not send us any money or inspection fee as this fee will be collected at the final work
  • Send it securely by signature courier bag to OmniTech.
  • OmniTech cannot be held responsible for loss or damage whilst in transit
  • We recommend that you utilise a secure facility for sending your device in for repair or unlock

Step 3

  • Once received, your phone will be assessed and checked by our engineer
  • After inspection, a member of the OmniTech team will contact you to let you know what is wrong with your phone and will advice you how much it will cost to fix the phone
  • Upon your confirmation of repair our engineer will work on the phone and fully test the device after it fixed to make sure your device is working
  • Our member of the OmniTech team will collect payment of any applicable repair charges

Our Inspection Fee Charge
All standard phones: $25 including GST
Apple iPhone, iPod, PDA, PSP and SmartPhones: $45 including GST
P.S. If your phone cannot be repair or you cancel the job you will only need to pay for our standard inspection fee and if you continue to repair the phone the inspection fee will be included in our service fee. If you pay your inspection fee in advance this fee will be deducted toward your final repair cost.
